This page contains important resources for delegates attending the 2026 Conference on Student Government Associations (COSGA). Here you will find key forms, applications, and preparation materials needed prior to arriving in College Station.

Delegate Registration (Required)​

Due Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST​​

All students and advisors attending COSGA 2026 must complete the Delegate Registration Form by Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST.

 

Each attendee must submit their own form in order to participate in the conference. This form is how delegates will receive important pre-conference communications and their Delegate Checklist needed to prepare for the conference weekend.

Lead the Conversation at COSGA.

Workshop Applications are live & close Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST.​

COSGA workshops are interactive, delegate-led sessions where universities share innovative ideas, leadership practices, and effective student government initiatives. These sessions may include presentations, collaborative discussions, hands-on activities, or problem-solving exercises that encourage engagement and the exchange of strategies among student leaders. All workshops are considered for conference awards.

 

Each workshop session is 60 minutes and will be presented during conference programming on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19, 2026.​

 

Delegations may submit multiple workshop proposals.

Spotlighting Excellence in Student Leadership

Award Nominations are due Friday, April 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.​​

​

Nominations are now open to honor exceptional leadership, innovation, and service within student government. Delegates may nominate a student leader or student government association that has made a meaningful impact on their campus. Self-nominations are welcome.

 

Please submit one form per nomination, including a brief statement explaining why the nominee deserves recognition.

​

Awards will be presented during the Sunday Banquet and Awards Ceremony on April 19, 2026.
